1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Inovexa application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You must use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as platform rules, including Apple App Store guidelines where relevant.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. All pricing, free trial periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are managed through your app store account settings and the respective platform policies. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Safety and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for using our apps in a safe and lawful manner. Do not use any app feature, including speed or navigation displays, in ways that distract you while driving or put yourself or others at risk.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Interfere with the stability, security, or performance of our apps.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy app source code except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use our apps for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Inovexa. No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

Our apps may include or link to third-party tools, libraries, or external services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovexa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inovexa and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users in other jurisdictions may also have rights under their local mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Apple App Store Notice

If you download or use an Inovexa app through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and Inovexa only, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps; (c) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to our apps; and (d) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
